And counting! I've been on a journey to improve my fitness through attending weekly ParkRuns. I used to struggle to run 100 metres but now I can complete a 5k - my PB is 28:28. I'm also passionate about working within the community and helping the younger generation to develop skills to equip them for the future, I do this mainly through my involvement with 46th Westborough Scout Group.
